Consultant Relations Director

Job Summary

Managing strategic partnerships with external consultants, the remote Consultant Relations Director will leverage existing relationships to promote Form Health's clinical solutions and generate new employer partnership opportunities while collaborating with sales and representing the company at industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with key consultants and senior leaders at benefits consulting organizations
• Drive strategy to secure favorable positions in employer opportunities, RFIs, and RFPs
• Collaborate internally with sales to coordinate RFP requests and opportunity exploration

Required qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant employer benefits experience in consultant relations
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• An established network of contacts across key consulting firms
• Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills
• Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms
