Consultant Relations Leader

Job Summary

Leading pharmacy consultant engagements, the remote Consultant Relations Leader will manage a small team to build and maintain relationships within the pharmacy consultant community, educate consultants on the company's value proposition, and drive opportunity growth through collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Nurture relationships with key contacts in the pharmacy consulting community to enhance understanding of capabilities
• Drive opportunity growth through the pharmacy consultant channel while collaborating with Sales and other teams
• Facilitate meetings and presentations with pharmacy consultants to promote the company's differentiators and value proposition

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) working with consultants
• Prior experience at a pharmacy consulting firm is preferred
• Experience in a high-growth, fast-changing environment
• Strong presentation and writing skills
• Adept at leveraging technology and tools for relationship management
