Consultant Relations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant Relations Manager to build and grow relationships with benefits consultants and brokerage partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key consultants and brokers across targeted firms and regions
• Partner with Sales to align on target accounts and support consultant-influenced opportunities
• Collaborate with Marketing to deliver consultant-facing materials and ensure consultants are educated on the company's value proposition

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 4-7+ years of experience in benefits, healthcare, SaaS, or a related field
• Experience building relationships with consultants, brokers, or channel partners
• Strong understanding of the employer benefits ecosystem and consultant influence
• Proven ability to partner with Sales and contribute to revenue-generating activities
