Consultant Relations Specialist

Job Summary

Building relationships with benefits consultants across the U.S., the remote Consultant Relations Specialist will develop partnerships, educate consultants about the product, and collaborate with the sales team to support prospecting efforts, focusing on the Eastern Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with benefits consultants and brokers to strengthen partnerships
• Develop a deep understanding of LearnLux's product and value proposition to educate consultants effectively
• Partner with the sales team to create strategic plans and source leads from consultants' client bases

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a benefits consultant or in a role that sells to benefits consultants
• Strong experience in a SaaS Benefits, Benefits Consulting, or Brokerage Firm
• Proven track record as a top performer with a collaborative mindset
• Ability to prioritize and adapt in a rapidly changing environment
• Self-starter with a desire to build effective internal and external relationships
