Key Responsibilities

Provide design and development leadership as a Technical Lead
Guide the project team in constructing and refining middleware solutions

Required Qualifications

BS or MS degree in computer science or related field, or 15 years of experience in software development
At least 10 years of experience with programming languages such as C/C++, Java, and C#
Experience with the full software development life cycle and best practices
Proven ability to lead a team and mentor peers
Experience in an Agile software development environment
