Key Responsibilities

• Translate buyer requirements into detailed solution offerings and proposals
• Collaborate with delivery organizations to ensure effective service transition and delivery
• Develop and write persuasive sales proposals and presentations for clients

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of BPO solution and proposal development experience
• Experience working closely with service delivery counterparts
• Strong project management skills
• Commercially astute with the ability to challenge sales strategies
• Able to engage on detailed business issues and conceptual solutions
