Key Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 30-50 accounts, providing support and presentations as needed
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for core teams and clients, facilitating minimal escalations during renewals
• Oversee management and associate development, including leadership coaching and peer reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or related field with a focus on marketing and finance, or equivalent experience
• 6-10 years of experience in the insurance or broker industry, particularly in consulting or account management
• Current required licenses or ability to obtain them immediately
• Availability for travel for client and team meetings
• Legal right to work in the United States
