Job Summary
Engaging with warm inbound leads, the remote Consultative Sales Consultant will educate customers on home services, assist with orders, and recommend solutions while working flexible hours in a commission-based role.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with warm inbound leads via phone, email, and text to assist customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate home service solutions
- Manage multiple orders and conversations simultaneously while using internal systems to complete orders
Required qualifications
- Prior customer service or inside sales experience is a plus
- Experience with HubSpot and Google Workspace is helpful
- Strong motivation and self-starter attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn about technology and new products
