Job Summary

Engaging with warm inbound leads, the remote Consultative Sales Consultant will educate customers on home services, assist with orders, and recommend solutions while working flexible hours in a commission-based role.

Key responsibilities
  • Engage with warm inbound leads via phone, email, and text to assist customers
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate home service solutions
  • Manage multiple orders and conversations simultaneously while using internal systems to complete orders
Required qualifications
  • Prior customer service or inside sales experience is a plus
  • Experience with HubSpot and Google Workspace is helpful
  • Strong motivation and self-starter attitude
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn about technology and new products
