Job Summary

Proactively managing multiple assigned accounts, the full-time Consulting Account Manager will identify, qualify, and close strategic cloud opportunities while orchestrating the consulting-sales relationship and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain knowledge of customer business priorities and challenges to drive satisfaction and value
  • Orchestrate the consulting-sales relationship with the core account team to ensure successful execution of account plans
  • Develop and update quality close plans for qualified opportunities, driving deal velocity and securing customer agreements
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of consultative sales experience in the commercial or public sector or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and driving cloud adoption
  • Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships and stakeholder management
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and the competitive landscape
  • Ability to develop and execute account strategies aligned with customer needs and organizational goals
