Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive implementation initiatives, advising clients on business and technical challenges
• Formulate strategies to protect and grow revenue, ensuring delivery excellence and digital transformation
• Manage profitability and service levels, while mentoring a large team to enhance capabilities and employee satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• At least 15 years of experience in digital transformation or IT Consulting/Services, with a minimum of 10 years in a managerial role
• Specific knowledge of HealthRules, a claims processing system
• Experience driving Digital Transformation initiatives
• Strong technical background in leading architecture efforts or developing key solutions in IT Consulting and Services
• Proven ability to engage with senior executives and understand their technical and business needs
