Consulting Director, AI & Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consulting Director, Business Intelligence, AI & Analytics - Specialty Underwriting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop moderately complex dashboards and reports using BI tools to evaluate underwriting performance and operational needs
• Support leadership in defining AI strategy and facilitating AI adoption across underwriting teams, exploring use-cases for improved efficiency
• Prepare ad-hoc and recurring reports, interpret data, and provide actionable recommendations to management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, Business, or a related field
• Typically a minimum of seven years of related work experience
• Solid knowledge of Power BI and AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) is required
• Familiarity with insurance company IT and data infrastructure is strongly preferred
• Prior experience in the P&C insurance industry is strongly preferred
