Job Summary

• Oversee planning, staffing, budgeting, and implement changes to improve project efficiency

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field
• Management experience within a SAAS environment
• 3+ years in an HCM environment
• 6+ years in professional services consulting with experience in managing teams and resources
• Understanding of career development resources and a drive to solve challenges
