Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Business Architects and Consultants, providing technical leadership on Pega products and methodologies
• Drive client workshops using Design Thinking for digital transformation and facilitate the adoption of best practices
• Deliver projects utilizing rapid delivery methods and provide thought leadership on agile practices

Required Qualifications

• Experience in developing, mentoring, and coaching consulting teams
• Background in selling services and software at an enterprise level
• Ability to achieve role-based Pega certifications
• Finance knowledge preferred
• Experience in collaborating across business units to achieve favorable outcomes
