Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of client-facing consulting experience
• Proven delivery on enterprise-wide transformation programs at large organizations (5,000+ employees)
• Solid change management experience with a track record of guiding organizations through transitions
• Bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in a relevant field such as business or psychology
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
