Job Summary

Leading a team of Software Implementation Consultants, the full-time remote Consulting Manager will oversee customer implementations and advisory services, ensuring high-quality project delivery and exceptional customer experiences while driving team development and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Software Implementation Consultants, providing performance management and operational leadership
• Own consulting delivery performance by managing customer engagements, ensuring quality execution, and addressing delivery risks
• Establish and improve operational performance through KPIs, utilization management, and continuous assessment against strategic objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Nursing, Clinical Sciences, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Healthcare Technology, or related customer-facing delivery roles
• 2+ years of people leadership experience with a proven track record in managing and developing team members
• Experience managing complex customer engagements and stakeholder relationships
• Demonstrated ability to develop KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
