Consulting Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Consulting Manager will lead client engagements in the asset and wealth management sector, managing project execution, mentoring team members, and driving business development efforts while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Managing project execution and a team of consultants to ensure successful delivery of client engagements
• Creating a culture of continuous learning and actively mentoring team members to develop their skills
• Supporting business development by creating client proposals and maintaining relationships with clients

Required qualifications

• 5 years or more of consulting or project management experience within or adjacent to financial services
• Proven presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions effectively
• Experience in building and sustaining lasting relationships with clients
• Exposure to operating model design and implementations in areas such as Investments or Distribution
• Ability to lead and mentor teams with empathy and collaboration
