Consulting Manager - AI Enablement
Job Summary
To accelerate clients' adoption of generative AI technologies, the full-time Consulting Manager - AI Enablement will partner with business leaders and technology teams to drive AI initiatives, support change adoption, and deliver measurable business value, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-enabled solutions that improve productivity and business processes
- Facilitate workshops and sessions focused on AI use cases, while developing enablement materials and training content
- Serve as a trusted advisor on practical AI applications and collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into solutions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of consulting experience at a large enterprise-level firm
- Experience in technical product management and managing teams in an Agile environment
- Hands-on experience with enterprise generative AI tools and delivering AI-driven solutions
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated understanding of responsible AI, data governance, and enterprise risk considerations
