Consulting Practice Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Practice Lead - Consulting Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision and strategy for consulting services, focusing on forecasting and market access effectiveness
• Grow the consulting practice, ensuring accountability for revenue and profitability
• Lead business development efforts and serve as a senior client advisor on specialty, oncology, and rare disease launch strategies

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in forecasting or commercial and/or market access analytics
• Demonstrated expertise in building and leading advanced forecasting models and performance measurement
• Proven track record of owning revenue targets and leading client engagements
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders using data-driven insights
• Preferred: MBA, MPH, or advanced degree in a related field
