Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consulting Principal in Insurance Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercially represent the Retirement Consulting Practice and assess clients' maturity across various dimensions
• Transform retirement/pension businesses and manage project economics
• Identify upsell opportunities, manage business development activities, and lead practice capability building

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Engineering, or a relevant field (Required)
• Advanced Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a relevant field (Preferred)
• Approximately 20 years of experience in the retirement/pension industry (Required)
• Strong ethics and a proven track record of building trusted relationships with clients
• Ability to serve as a thought leader and contribute to consulting mindshare development
