Job Summary
Leading a team of consultants, the full-time remote Consulting Services Manager will oversee project delivery, manage client relationships, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of consultants across multiple consulting engagements
- Oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of client projects, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Act as the primary liaison with enterprise customers, handling escalations and ensuring customer satisfaction
Required qualifications:
- 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in a consulting firm
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana)
- Expertise in software asset management (SAM) and IT infrastructure
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for managing senior-level customer relationships
