Consulting Services Portfolio Manager
Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Consulting Services Portfolio Manager will manage client relationships, oversee ERP project delivery, and ensure alignment with customer objectives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring ERP solutions meet client goals and facilitating executive decision-making
- Serve as Program Manager for major ERP engagements, overseeing financials, delivery timelines, and resource allocation
- Monitor portfolio performance through KPIs and deliver transparent reporting to stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or related discipline; relevant master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in program/project management, with at least 5 years in ERP delivery
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Agile Portfolio Management
- Proven ability to manage billable programs with strong utilization and profitability performance
- Deep knowledge of ERP platforms, including SAP, Oracle, Epicor, and Microsoft Dynamics
