Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consumables Specialist to provide customer support and coordination for coffee and Bevi customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service through direct contact with customers
  • Create and manage work orders for installation and service while responding to customer inquiries
  • Coordinate with internal teams and maintain business relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • At least two years of previous Customer Care experience
  • Ability to multi-task across different communication channels efficiently
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
