Job Summary
A company is looking for a Consumables Specialist to provide customer support and coordination for coffee and Bevi customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer service through direct contact with customers
- Create and manage work orders for installation and service while responding to customer inquiries
- Coordinate with internal teams and maintain business relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of previous Customer Care experience
- Ability to multi-task across different communication channels efficiently
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
