Job Summary

- Lead and develop a team of consumer affairs representatives, managing talent assessment and performance
- Provide coaching on complaint case resolution and oversee departmental reporting and procedures

Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Life Insurance Operations and compliance
