Consumer Bank Risk Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consumer Bank Risk and Controls Leader - Small Business / Wealth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the risk and control function in the 1st Line of Defense for assigned Consumer Bank business areas
• Build and execute a comprehensive Non-Financial Risk Management framework and Risk Governance Framework
• Engage with Bank leaders and regulators on risk management assessments and compliance initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data & Analytic, or similar
• 10+ years of experience in risk and internal control or a similar field
• Experience in Consumer Banking, specifically in Deposits & Payments, Small Business & Wealth Services, or Mortgage & Consumer Finance
• Experience in large bank environments and change management
• Proven ability to lead and execute programs or frameworks from inception
