Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consumer Bank Risk and Controls Leader in Consumer Finance / Mortgage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of a 1st Line of Defense risk management framework
• Engage with business leaders and regulators to ensure compliance and effective risk management
• Develop and maintain risk governance models and ensure adherence to regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data & Analytics or similar
• 10+ years of experience in risk and internal control or a similar field
• Experience in Consumer Banking and specific business areas like Deposits & Payments or Mortgage & Consumer Finance
• Proven ability to lead change management initiatives and build frameworks from the ground up
• Experience in large bank environments and acquisition/integration processes
