Job Summary
A company is looking for a Consumer Bankruptcy Support Representative to provide assistance to customers regarding bankruptcy inquiries in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries related to bankruptcy treatment on their accounts via phone and correspondence
- Process consumer bankruptcy automation fallout and manually handle accounts associated with business filings
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and accurately document all collection activities in client systems
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 6 months collections experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Ability to operate multiple technology systems simultaneously while engaging with customers
