Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consumer Bankruptcy Support Representative to provide assistance to customers regarding bankruptcy inquiries in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to bankruptcy treatment on their accounts via phone and correspondence
  • Process consumer bankruptcy automation fallout and manually handle accounts associated with business filings
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and accurately document all collection activities in client systems
Required Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 6 months collections experience preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to operate multiple technology systems simultaneously while engaging with customers
