Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consumer Bankruptcy Support Representative to provide assistance and resolve issues for customers regarding bankruptcy inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to bankruptcy treatment on their accounts through phone calls and correspondence
  • Process consumer bankruptcy automation fallout and handle inquiries from customers or attorneys
  • Calculate pre-petition credits and create statements of account for proof of claim filing
Required Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 6 months collections experience preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to operate multiple computer windows and tabs while engaging with customers
