Job Summary
A company is looking for an Industry Leader - Consumer Business Services (CBS - Salesforce).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a CBS subject matter expert and trusted advisor to internal teams and Salesforce representatives
- Drive revenue targets and ensure project profitability and success within the CBS practice
- Develop industry-specific use cases and maintain strong relationships with Salesforce partners
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in consulting, delivery leadership, or program management focused on the Consumer Business Services industry
- Deep understanding of Salesforce solutions and customer lifecycle within the CBS sector
- Strong relationships with Salesforce Core RVPs, AEs, and ecosystem partners
- Experience in developing and marketing industry-specific use cases
- Background in team building, mentoring, and practice development efforts
