Job Summary

A company is looking for an Industry Leader - Consumer Business Services (CBS - Salesforce).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a CBS subject matter expert and trusted advisor to internal teams and Salesforce representatives
  • Drive revenue targets and ensure project profitability and success within the CBS practice
  • Develop industry-specific use cases and maintain strong relationships with Salesforce partners
Qualifications
  • 8-10+ years of experience in consulting, delivery leadership, or program management focused on the Consumer Business Services industry
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce solutions and customer lifecycle within the CBS sector
  • Strong relationships with Salesforce Core RVPs, AEs, and ecosystem partners
  • Experience in developing and marketing industry-specific use cases
  • Background in team building, mentoring, and practice development efforts
