Job Summary

Providing expert customer service, the full-time remote Consumer Care Specialist will assist customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and educating them on products during regular business hours, Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities
  • Warmly greet customers and gather necessary information to assist with their inquiries
  • Offer tailored advice and recommendations based on customer needs and product features
  • Process orders accurately and resolve any issues related to product usage or program implementation
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1-2 years of previous customer service experience preferred
  • Proven organizational and time management skills
  • Dependable with a good record of attendance
  • Bilingual candidates in Spanish or French will be given priority
