Consumer Collection Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Consumer Collection Specialist will manage late-stage, pre-charge off recovery for consumer agreements and loans, utilizing a multi-channel platform to engage with patients and collaborate with team members to meet recovery goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute high-volume calls to manage a portfolio of 60-120 days past due accounts
• Collaborate with team members to achieve company recovery goals and individual bonuses
• Utilize various communication channels to effectively reach out to patients and address their needs

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in loan servicing, collections, or consumer credit
• Strong understanding of negotiation techniques and collection procedures
• Proficient in analytics with the ability to interpret metrics and reporting
• Experience with skip tracing and locating consumer information
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
