Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consumer Collection Specialist - Tier 1.

Key Responsibilities
  • Auto dial and manage a portfolio of 60-120 day past due patient accounts
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve company recovery goals and individual bonuses
  • Utilize multiple communication channels to engage with patients and process cancellations, disputes, and refunds
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in loan servicing, collections, or consumer credit
  • Knowledge of negotiation techniques and collection procedures
  • Ability to analyze metrics and reporting effectively
  • Experience in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
