- Conduct high-volume calls to manage a portfolio of 60-120 days past due accounts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve company recovery goals and individual bonuses
- Utilize various communication channels to engage with patients and address their accounts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 3+ years of experience in loan servicing, collections, or consumer credit
- Knowledge of negotiation and collection procedures
- Ability to analyze metrics and reporting
- Experience in a fast-paced call center environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
