Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve company recovery goals and individual bonuses
  • Utilize various communication channels to engage with patients and address their accounts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 3+ years of experience in loan servicing, collections, or consumer credit
  • Knowledge of negotiation and collection procedures
  • Ability to analyze metrics and reporting
  • Experience in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
