Job Summary

As a full-time remote Consumer Compliance Analyst, the successful candidate will manage escalated consumer complaints, analyze trends to identify systemic issues, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the consumer experience while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities
  • Review escalated consumer complaints for timely and accurate resolution, ensuring a consumer-first approach
  • Analyze complaint trends and root causes, partnering with various teams to implement preventative solutions
  • Prepare and deliver regular reporting on complaint performance and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Risk, or a related function in a regulatory or consumer-facing environment
  • Experience in Fintech and consumer-focused financial products preferred
  • Deep understanding of consumer protection regulations and industry best practices
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance compliance initiatives
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including trend identification and root-cause analysis
