Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Consumer Debt Collector will manage a portfolio of accounts, handle high daily call volumes, and engage in skip tracing while working fully remotely within the Eastern or Central Time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a desk of accounts autonomously and effectively
• Conduct skip tracing and asset evaluation to locate debtors
• Maintain professionalism in difficult situations while meeting and exceeding collection goals

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the credit and collections industry
• Proficient in computer skills and able to prioritize tasks effectively
• Self-motivated and results-driven with strong negotiation skills
• Ability to maintain a secure home office with high-speed internet and a distraction-free environment
• Demonstrated ability in time management and problem-solving
