Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Consumer Disputes Specialist will process customer-initiated credit bureau disputes, conduct research, and collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues while adhering to FCRA guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Process and resolve customer disputes in a timely manner, maintaining productivity and accuracy standards
- Utilize the eOscar system and other tools to manage dispute communications and corrections
- Participate in training sessions and provide suggestions for improving processes and customer experience
Required qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience with credit reporting systems and compliance regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Unrestricted work authorization without the need for future sponsorship
