Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Consumer Disputes Specialist will process customer-initiated credit bureau disputes, conduct research, and collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues while adhering to FCRA guidelines.

Key responsibilities
  • Process and resolve customer disputes in a timely manner, maintaining productivity and accuracy standards
  • Utilize the eOscar system and other tools to manage dispute communications and corrections
  • Participate in training sessions and provide suggestions for improving processes and customer experience
Required qualifications
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Experience with credit reporting systems and compliance regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite of Products
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Unrestricted work authorization without the need for future sponsorship
