Job Summary
To enhance agent engagement and consumer experience, the fully remote Consumer Engagement Manager will manage performance improvement initiatives, coordinate engagement activities, and analyze performance trends while collaborating with operations leadership and client stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Drive execution of the Agent Experience program and manage engagement contests
- Develop recognition programs and maintain visual communications to promote performance
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve sales and consumer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of four years of experience in customer service, employee engagement, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience in creating employee engagement and recognition initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn complex systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
