Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consumer Engagement Representative who will support consumer interactions and referrals for auto repair services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with consumers via Live Chat to answer questions and guide appointment scheduling with certified auto repair shops
  • Communicate with customers through various channels, delivering professional responses to inquiries and complaints
  • Document customer interactions and provide feedback to internal teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in a high-volume live chat environment
  • Rotating weekend availability for scheduled shifts
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred
  • Background knowledge of the auto repair industry is a plus
  • Strong strategic planning and implementation skills
