Job Summary
A company is looking for a Consumer Engagement Representative who will support consumer interactions and referrals for auto repair services.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with consumers via Live Chat to answer questions and guide appointment scheduling with certified auto repair shops
- Communicate with customers through various channels, delivering professional responses to inquiries and complaints
- Document customer interactions and provide feedback to internal teams to improve service delivery and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a high-volume live chat environment
- Rotating weekend availability for scheduled shifts
- Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred
- Background knowledge of the auto repair industry is a plus
- Strong strategic planning and implementation skills
