Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consumer Experience Director to enhance and enable an exceptional consumer experience for the Outdoor Performance and Adventure Sports platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding consumer service and collaborate with other departments
  • Analyze consumer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhancement
  • Create a consumer-centric culture focused on delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships with consumers
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study required
  • 8+ years in consumer experience with a focus on strategy and engagement
  • 5+ years in consumer products
  • Must be technically inclined
  • Strong time management and multi-tasking skills are essential
