Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consumer Experience Insights Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Synthesize behavioral, journey, and performance data into actionable insights and deliver tailored packages to stakeholders
  • Map and analyze digital experiences to identify friction points and maintain a portfolio-level experience health dashboard
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize improvements and lead testing strategies to optimize customer experiences
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing, Data Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital analytics or consumer experience insights roles
  • Hands-on proficiency with GA4 and Adobe CJA
  • Experience with Voice of Customer platforms like Medallia
  • Strong understanding of web UX, journey mapping, and conversion optimization
