Job Summary

Driving the evolution of consumer insights, the full-time remote Consumer Experience Insights Lead will synthesize data into actionable narratives, optimize customer journeys, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance digital experiences.

Key responsibilities
  • Synthesize behavioral and performance data into clear insights and narratives for stakeholders
  • Map and analyze digital customer journeys to identify friction points and unmet needs
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and UX teams to prioritize improvements and lead testing strategies
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing, Data Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital analytics or consumer experience insights roles
  • Hands-on proficiency with GA4 and Adobe CJA
  • Experience with Voice of Customer platforms and delivering actionable recommendations
  • Strong understanding of web UX, journey mapping, and conversion optimization
