Job Summary
Driving the evolution of consumer insights, the full-time remote Consumer Experience Insights Lead will synthesize data into actionable narratives, optimize customer journeys, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance digital experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Synthesize behavioral and performance data into clear insights and narratives for stakeholders
- Map and analyze digital customer journeys to identify friction points and unmet needs
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and UX teams to prioritize improvements and lead testing strategies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing, Data Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital analytics or consumer experience insights roles
- Hands-on proficiency with GA4 and Adobe CJA
- Experience with Voice of Customer platforms and delivering actionable recommendations
- Strong understanding of web UX, journey mapping, and conversion optimization
