Job Summary
A company is looking for a Consumer Experience Representative to coordinate and process calls and tasks for various facilities and the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of incoming, outgoing, and interdepartmental calls while providing accurate information and maintaining confidentiality
- Maintain accurate documentation and timely information for physician referrals and class/event schedules
- Handle scheduling and referrals, ensuring compliance with established procedures and maintaining accurate records
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
- 1-2 years of experience in a telephone/customer service environment, preferably in a call center or switchboard setting
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with computer keyboards
- Ability to prioritize tasks and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively in a team and mentor peers
