Job Summary
Working remotely on a temporary basis while being local to Boston, the Consumer Experience Researcher will lead research studies to enhance customer experience, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and advocate for user-centered design principles.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of research studies following best practices and methodologies
- Partner with product owners and stakeholders to clarify project goals and identify research opportunities
- Develop and execute usability testing on digital solutions while presenting findings and recommendations effectively
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in design, HCI, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- 3+ years of CX or UX research experience, preferably in a consulting or large corporate environment
- Advanced knowledge of design principles, usability principles, and UX research methods
- Experience implementing human-centered design methodologies in product development
- Research work samples demonstrating best practices in user research and insight framework generation
