Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a phone-based call center role or equivalent
- Some sales experience or equivalent preferred
- Ability to overcome objections and provide exceptional customer service
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented
- Tech-savvy with experience using various communication tools and platforms
