Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of case files from inception through resolution
• Handle court appearances and depositions regularly
• Draft pleadings, discovery demands, motions, and appeals

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of litigation experience
• Experience in financial services, regulatory defense, or complex commercial litigation
• Federal and state court experience
• JD degree with excellent academic credentials
• Current Bar Admission in good standing to at least one U.S. jurisdiction
