Consumer Growth Operations Director

Job Summary

Leading the vision and execution for growth communication channels, the full-time remote Associate Director, Consumer Growth Operations will manage channel optimization, analytics frameworks, and emerging communication strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring staff.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution and optimization of email, push, and in-product messaging programs
• Build and maintain robust analytics frameworks to monitor channel effectiveness and guide optimizations
• Scout and pilot new communication channels, focusing on growth opportunities and ROI

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in operating and optimizing marketing channels, preferably using marketing automation tools like Braze
• Proven success in developing channel strategies based on analytics and working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams
• Strong command of campaign analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
• Expertise in leveraging AI and advanced analytics to enhance channel performance
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
