Job Summary

To support the Consumer Insights team, the full-time remote Consumer Insights Analyst will program, deploy, and analyze VOC surveys to gather feedback on customer satisfaction and experience, utilizing Qualtrics for survey management and presenting insights to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and evolve Voice of the Customer programs, including survey workflows and automations within Qualtrics
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative research findings to identify trends and actionable insights for business partners
  • Create and present clear reports and presentations that effectively communicate research results to cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Business, Marketing, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, or analyst roles
  • Hands-on experience with Qualtrics, including survey programming and workflow automation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize research data into actionable recommendations
  • Experience creating reports and presenting insights to stakeholders in a consultative manner
