Job Summary

Detail-oriented and motivated, the full-time Consumer Insights Manager will design, execute, and manage research studies to guide decision-making across the organization, partnering closely with leadership to translate insights into impactful brand strategies in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute custom research studies using qualitative and quantitative methodologies
  • Analyze data to generate insights and translate findings into actionable business recommendations
  • Maintain brand health tracking and deliver quarterly reporting on trends and implications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Statistics)
  • 6+ years of experience in an in-house consumer insights role or at a market research supplier
  • Strong technical experience in designing and executing research studies independently
  • Experience with brand health trackers and customer satisfaction databases
  • Proficiency with survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) and analytical skills using Excel and SPSS
