Job Summary

Acting as a strategic partner for clients, the full-time Consumer Insights Manager will manage market research projects, design studies, and present actionable insights while working remotely across the DACH region.

Key responsibilities
  • Advise clients on market research methodologies and project design, including questionnaire creation and data analysis
  • Interpret research results and generate in-depth reports, focusing on storytelling and actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the Sales team to ensure alignment with client needs and project scoping
Required qualifications
  • Over 3 years of experience in market research and consulting with B2B clients, particularly in quantitative methods
  • Proficiency in designing studies and writing questionnaires across various research methods
  • Experience in creating and presenting reports based on market research data, with a focus on storytelling
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in German (C2 level, spoken and written)
  • Hands-on experience with survey programming and process optimization tools
