Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Consumer Insights Researcher to work remotely in the US, who will manage consumer trackers and execute research initiatives to uncover actionable insights that inform business strategy across Marketing, Product, and Subscription teams.
Key responsibilities
- Execute mixed-method research projects to address key business questions and inform strategy
- Deliver strategic studies identifying high-impact opportunities across pricing, content, and product strategy
- Manage ongoing tracker studies, ensuring data accuracy and consistency while leveraging AI tools for insight delivery
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in mixed-methods research or consumer insights
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Proficiency in Qualtrics, including design, automation, and dashboards
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
