Consumer Insights Senior Analyst

Job Summary

Consumer Insights Senior Analyst is a full-time position focused on leveraging data analytics to drive actionable insights, influence decision-making, and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in customer and business data to inform strategic decisions and uncover opportunities
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and shape test-and-learn agendas for optimization
• Collaborate across departments to communicate insights and support the Agile operating model

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a quantitative field; Master's or MBA preferred
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis with a focus on data-driven insights
• Proficient in SQL; experience with Python strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of statistical models and machine learning methods
• Experience working with financial or demographic datasets preferred
